Another minor quick bug/hot fixes

• Fix Composite Round artifact not working. (Damage type aren't being change correctly)
• Change class synergy tooltip while in combat to right click instead of hover to show.
• Fix artifact extraction reroll cause banner to have free purchase cost.
• Some damage aren't being calculate save to statistic bar.
• Artifact of lower rarity still appears in shop banner.
• Can no longer purchase artifact of lower rarity if already have a higher rarity version.
• Unit stat display doesn't reflect value of some artifact.
